What is ecto?, how do we get it and what campaign can I find it in?

Ecto is short for Ectoplasm. It is a very expensive rare material that is found primarily in the Underworld, and rarely in other places. All campaigns can find it, as entrance to the UW is the only requirement. It is used to craft Obsidian Armor.

Ecto is found in the Underworld as a drop from spiders for the most part. The Underworld can be accessed from any campaign as can the Fissure of Woe.

It also drops in some other places as well. But when you want to stock up on ecto, Underworld is the place to go.

It is used primarily to craft armour in the Fissure of Woe, but because of its high value, it is often used as a secondary currency in the game.

When the world has favor (type in /favor to check if we do or not) you can go to UW. Go to Temple of Ages (prophecies), Zin Ku Corridor (factions), or Chantry of Secrets (nightfall) and form a group. You can't take henchmen in there, but I believe you can take heroes. Once you get your group set up, talk to the Voice of Grenth near his statue. If he's not there and we have favor, type /kneel to summon him. It costs 1k to get into UW.
